To use CosmicKues, you must:

3.2 Refund Policy: As CosmicKues offers digital services, refunds are not provided once the service is rendered. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues or double billing, subject to investigation and approval. In cases where refund is applicable, it will be completed within 5-7 business days based on your mode of payment.

3.3 Third-Party Payment Gateways: CosmicKues is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways, including delays, failures, or unauthorized transactions. Users must contact the payment gateway provider directly for resolution.
